Your New Neighborhood

This community was founded in 1910 as Zelzah Station, a Southern Pacific depot town at the Colonel Henry Hubbard & “Bud” Wright Ranch North of Los Angeles. Because of the historical background, in 1938, they chose the name of “Northridge”. Northridge is an educational community with its many community colleges and of course, California State University, Northridge (CSUN). This ideal location has many points of interest; The Northridge Recreation Center provides you with a huge indoor gymnasium and the park includes indoor and outdoor basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, heated seasonal swimming pool and a soccer field. For all of your shopping needs, the Northridge Fashion Center offers incredible shops, movie theatres and fine restaurants. If your commute takes you to Downtown Los Angeles or to the Warner Center, the 101 (Ventura Freeway) and the 118 (Ronald Reagan Freeway) are easily accessible.
